MCC Swim Team: Info on Non-Member Registration and New 2022 Member-Guest Sponsorship

Greetings from MCC Swim Team -

We want to share the following information to help you prepare for the next wave of MCC Swim Team registration.

We have had a strong interest in the team this season, particularly in the 10 and unders. If an age group is full, you will get a prompt during registration that you will be added to the waitlist. We will closely monitor our numbers and you will be notified as spots open.


Phase 2 Registration Dates & Times
• Opens Friday, April 1 - 10:00 am - NOT for Jellyfish Swim Lessons
• Open to Returning Swim Families from 2021 (and their siblings even if the sibling did not swim in 2021).
Phase 3 Registration Dates & Times
• Open Registration - Begins Sunday, April 3 - 5:00 pm (if you register before 5:00 pm, your registration will not be processed)
Jellyfish Swim Lessons - Registration Dates & Times
• Opens April 15 - 10 am to non-members as space permits

    • Pre-Registration Information
    Please review the following information which is required to register your swimmer!
    1. You will be asked to acknowledge the new Member-Guest Policy for 2022. MCC has added this policy to be consistent with the other areas of the club in which guests use the grounds and facility.
    MCC will welcome non-members as sponsored guests of MCC members for both swim team and our Jellyfish swim lessons. As in previous years, non-members will be able to participate in MCC swim as space permits in each gender/age group following MCC member registration. In the unlikely event that a swim meet is at capacity, priority is offered to members.

    2. Nonmembers will be asked to provide the last, first name of the OLDEST SWIMMER in the family of the current MCC Swim Team Family who is sponsoring you.

    3. Nonmembers will be asked to provide a parent's email address of the current MCC Swim Team Family who is sponsoring you.

    4. MCC Club Members will be asked to verify the member-guest sponsorships following Phase 3 of registration. A google form will be sent out to all members who were listed as sponsors during non-member registration. Members will be asked to "agree" to the following:

    - The club member agrees that they personally know the guest(s) who they are willing to sponsor on the MCC Swim Team

    - Both club member and guests agree to abide by the both the club rules and the pool rules
