Tonight vs Arden Lake - Reminders

We are EXCITED about our first swim meet tonight at Arden Lake!

• Coach Spencer sent out the heat sheets and your swimmers events yesterday! Check your email! (Address: 4251 Edgewater Dr. NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144)

A few last minute reminders!

• Warmups begin tonight at 5:30 (please give yourself time to park)

• Park in designated areas only (or you will be at risk for getting towed)

• Print your own heat sheet & sharpie markers (we will not have extra copies, sorry!)

• Getting your swimmer ready with their name/EHLS!

• Write your swimmer's name & age on the back of their right shoulder in Sharpie

• Write the EHLS (Event/Heat/Lane/Stroke) on your swimmers arm in sharpie

• It also helps to begin this process before you arrive tonight

• Apply sunscreen after you are done, not before! (Too slick for the sharpie!)

• Please refer to our Swim Meet 101 for details/photos for examples of EHLS

• Volunteers, look for the check-in table! Please check-in by 5:30 to let us know you are at the swim meet and to get credit for your shift!

Go Man O' Wars!!!
