Need MCC Swim Volunteers (Volunteers have upgraded parking at Smyrna)

June 13th

Hello MCC Swim! 

We have a need for many first and second half volunteers tomorrow night at Smyrna!

• Smyrna has notified our team that volunteers will be allowed to park in their main lot on a first come/first serve basis

• Volunteers will be on a list and offered entry in the main parking lot on a first come basis

 • You must sign up on our SIGNUP CALENDAR by midnight tonight so we can provide the volunteer list to Smyrna's parking crew in advance

• Use our SIGNUP CALENDAR to sign up for the volunteer openings in Bullpen (need 6!), Data Entry, Runner and Timers (need 6!)

• Please remember our swim meets are 100% volunteer operated. We truly count on our volunteers to run a meet. 

• A follow up email will be sent with non-volunteer parking options and info on concessions, etc!
